Can I preview my place cards before I pay?
Yes, on the payment screen (step 3) there is a link titled "Preview Place Cards". This link will open your preview PDF so you can see exactly what your place cards will look like. Complete your order to download your PDF without our watermark.
How do I print my place cards?
After completing your order download the PDF file to your computer. Open the file and press CTRL + P (Windows) or CMD + P (Mac). Make sure you have plenty of ink in your printer.
If you ordered folded place cards we recommend Avery Tent Cards 5302. For non-folded place cards we recommend Avery Business Cards 5371.
Can I save my progress and finish my order later?
Yes! Once you customize a design and click continue you'll be asked to log in or create an account. After that your current order will be added to your cart as a draft order. You can come back to DIY PlaceCards and log in any time to pick up where you left off.
I completed my order but it is still processing.
Once you submit payment and complete your order you will be sent to the confirmation page. You place card PDF will be built and a green download button will appear once it's ready. If you do not see a download button after a minute go to your order history page and look for a download button. If you do not see the download button there please contact us.
Can I edit my guest list after I completed my order?
If you need to add to or edit your guest list you do not need to place another order. Contact our support team by emailing hey@diyplacecards.com with your order ID and any additions or edits you need to make. We're happy to help!
I need to download my place cards again, where can I find them?
You can view your order history and download your place cards from the order history page from the my account section.
